The Economic Advisory Council is being developed by Greenwich First Selectman Peter Tesei in conjunction with the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce.
The Economic Advisory Council will consist of eleven members appointed for terms of one to three years; including 9 voting members who are active business owners or leaders from The Greenwich Chamber of Commerce and the Greenwich community, representative of the core geographic business centers in town and 2 ex-officio nonvoting members, to include The Chamber of Commerce Director and liaison from the BET.
The committee’s membership roster is rounded out by James Aiello, president of the Greenwich-based real estate investment firm JAA Advisors LLC; Leonard Szczesny, president and a senior partner of S.E. Minor & Co., a Greenwich land use firm; Tamara Ketler, founder of Greenwich based TMK sports and entertainment; Jay Media, head of equities at PartnerRe Asset Management in Greenwich; Kathy O’Malley, the owner of Hogland’s, a Greenwich Avenue shopping institution; James Ritman, managing director of Newmark Knight Frank, a global real estate advisory firm with offices in Greenwich; Sabine Schoenberg, a real estate agent and former RTM member; and Scott Weiner, general manager of Roto-Rooter Services Co. for the entire state of Connecticut and vice chairman of the board of directors for the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce
